Objective:
The Viera Company wanted to create an engaging, educational guide to enhance visitor experiences at the Viera Wetlands. The goal was to promote eco-tourism while helping guests identify local flora and fauna, encouraging repeat visits and deeper appreciation of the area’s biodiversity.
The Viera Company wanted to create an engaging, educational guide to enhance visitor experiences at the Viera Wetlands. The goal was to promote eco-tourism while helping guests identify local flora and fauna, encouraging repeat visits and deeper appreciation of the area’s biodiversity.
Design Approach:
The brochure features a clean, natural color palette to reflect the lush surroundings of the wetlands. High-resolution wildlife photography brings vibrancy and authenticity, while the organized grid layout makes species identification easy and intuitive. A simplified trail map and key points of interest help orient visitors and improve their experience on site. To promote interaction, I incorporated checkbox elements next to each species so visitors can track and check off the wildlife they spot during their visit—a simple but effective way to turn a walk into a personal nature scavenger hunt.

Impact:
The guide became a widely used resource for both tourists and local nature enthusiasts. It has been distributed at The Viera Wetlands and local events, contributing to increased foot traffic and community engagement with the wetlands.
