Overview:
As part of PCI Publishing’s Oral History Project, I designed custom book covers and interiors for alumni associations and universities across the U.S. These keepsake publications celebrated the voices of alumni by compiling personal stories, photos, and reflections into beautifully produced books.
Challenge:
Each book needed to reflect the unique identity of the institution while maintaining consistency across a wide range of editions. The content—deeply personal and varied—had to be presented in a way that was respectful, accessible, and visually engaging.
Outcome:
The final products served as cherished mementos for alumni and successful fundraising tools for client organizations. My design work helped elevate the emotional connection readers felt with their alma mater, and contributed to smooth, scalable production across many projects.
Key Strengths Demonstrated:
Attention to detail, institutional branding, storytelling through design, and large-scale production coordination.
